How Long is my warranty?

All standard warranties are covered for 1 year after delivery of your product.

What's covered

Its highly unlikely you will run into problems as we thoroughly test all builds and make sure everything is up to date before we ship, but in the event you do run into a problem, we will cover any manufacture component defects and all the labor for a repair, and any problems you run into for the length of your warranty that is not mentioned in the 'What's not covered' section. This provides extra peace of mind for all buyers. We also provide customer service via email for the (admin@bytepcs.net) for organization purposes when you email us please put CS in the subject, please allow 3-7 business days for a reply.

What's not covered

If there is any physical damage or abuse to components, any modifications or  components that the customer swaps out that is not covered. any data lost is not our responsibility so make sure to back up your data before you ship for warranty. We also do not cover any problems associated with any customer overclocking such as RAM, CPU, and GPU overclocking, if you want to get into that realm, do your own research before you do so. 

If you do any of the above your warranty is voided

How do I ship my computer back for warranty?

We will provide you with a shipping label to ship back your computer. When you ship back your computer and there are damages due to poor packaging the customer will be liable. We require you to reuse the packaging your computer came with originally so if you do need to ship your PC back to us its much easier for you and us. shipping costs to us need to be provided by the customer but shipping back will be provided by us for no cost.

All Sales are Final and no Returns are accepted, so make sure your sure of your purchase.
